In addition to our international endeavors, First Urban Development LLC owns a 1-acre parcel in south downtown Fresno, CA, with plans to construct a 20,000 SF industrial building.
This project is located in the HUB of California that offers opportunities for manufacturers utilize the Central Valley to build and ship there products at a lessor rate than the coastal areas.
