In partnership with the Small Business Chamber of Commerce dba Asante Development, we are proud to be building an eco-friendly, off-grid, natural resource 10-acre resort. This unique community will feature 10 homes, an education center, and a retail outlet, all constructed from coral rock and other natural products. This project showcases our dedication to sustainable development and community enrichment.
Urban development: Tiny homes in Fresno, CA
In addition to our international endeavors, First Urban Development LLC owns a 1-acre parcel in downtown Fresno, CA, with plans to construct 21 innovative tiny homes. This project addresses modern housing needs and demonstrates our versatility in urban development. We are also expanding our services to Melindi, Kenya, bringing our expertise to new communities.
